cr\u00e9\u00e9e et pr\u00e9par\u00e9e par leurs \u00e9l\u00e8ves.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le plat gagnant<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le gagnant, Bryan Quintero, \u00e9tudiant du cycle technique sup\u00e9rieur en gestion de la cuisine au CETT de Barcelone, a surpris le jury avec sa proposition \u00ab Voyage en Islande \u00bb : une r\u00e9interpr\u00e9tation des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de la cuisine islandaise accompagnant une morue \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature avec du Plokkfiskur, un rago\u00fbt de morue typiquement islandais, et un souffl\u00e9 \u00e0 la peau de morue.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le jury \u00e9tait compos\u00e9 de<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Xavi S\u00e1ez, d&rsquo;Iceland Seafood Ib\u00e9rica.<\/p>\n<p>Carlota Claver, chef et ambassadrice de
