Over three intense days, we engaged with suppliers, buyers and industry professionals from across the globe, strengthening relationships and laying the groundwork for new agreements.

Global figures
Seafood Expo Global 2025 spanned 51,217 net square metres of exhibition space – the largest in its history.
Two thousand one hundred eighty-seven exhibiting companies from 87 countries showcased their latest products across 68 national and regional pavilions, making Barcelona the world’s seafood capital.
More than 35,000 seafood professionals attended to explore trends, innovations and business opportunities, surpassing previous editions’ records.

Iceland Seafood at the show
At stand 2g701, we showcased our entire portfolio – from our renowned cod to Argentinian red shrimp, as well as new offerings such as Icelandic salmon and salmon specialities from Ahumados Domínguez and Oceanpath.
Thanks to the joint efforts of our sales, marketing and operations teams, we held over 150 meetings and moved forward with initial agreements with suppliers, customers and distributors.
We also received excellent feedback on our sustainability and traceability efforts, reinforcing our global growth strategy.
Our chefs served over 700 tasting dishes made with our products, delighting visitors to our stand.
Following the success of this edition, we’re already preparing for the next Seafood Expo Global, which will take place from 21 to 23 April 2026 at the same venue. We aim to continue to innovate and strengthen our leadership in the global seafood market.

Thank you all for joining us.

See you at Seafood Barcelona 2026!
